With a background in naval architecture, Noé has more than ten years of experience in the offshore industry, with specific experience working on the design, construction and operation of floating offshore structures. Noé started at SBM Offshore, working on the design and construction of floating oil and gas platforms. Since 2016, Noé has been immersed in offshore wind development starting with the design and development of floating offshore wind platforms. In 2017 he moved to Chantiers de l’Atlantique, where he was in charge of the offshore operations and commissioning for the installation of Offshore Electrical Substations in the Baltic and North Seas. Based in California, Noé now working mostly on the development of floating offshore wind along the US west coast. |
