Walid Oulmane is an expert of Infrastructure and Service Provider selection and spent a large part of his career in GE Offshore Wind supporting bottom fixed offshore wind projects by auditing and contracting ports around the world. He was also part of Block Island project and had the opportunity to visit and audit all the main ports in the East and West Coast. Since 2 years, Walid has joined SBM Offshore to bring his expertise to floating offshore wind and support the industrialization of this new market.
