Javier has 10 years of experience working in both fixed-bottom and floating offshore wind, and currently works as Senior Project Manager for Offshore Wind projects at DNV North America. In his previous assignment, Javier worked as Project and Engineering Manager at Principle Power, developing the WindFloat Hull concept and floating wind projects in multiple geographies.
